The care you deserve

Therapy should feel like more than just talking. I help adults navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, neurodiversity, and life transitions better understand themselves, recognize patterns, and build practical tools for meaningful change. My approach is collaborative, active, and focused on helping things finally make sense.

About

We listen, act, and transform

Hi, I’m Dr. Brittany Druckemiller, welcome! With over 15 years of clinical experience in behavioral health, I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, neurodiversity, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the complexities of simply being human in a demanding world. My background is somewhat unique in that I’ve worked across medical, mental health, emergency, academic, and integrated care settings. In addition to providing therapy, I taught within the Department of Family Medicine at the University of Kansas School of Medicine, where I specialized in the integration of psychology, behavioral health, and person-centered care within medical settings. I also specialize in diagnostic evaluations and take a thoughtful, nuanced approach to understanding the full picture of a person’s experiences, strengths, patterns, and nervous system. I provide neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed care and deeply value creating a space where clients feel understood rather than judged or pathologized. Many of the individuals I work with are insightful, high-functioning, and used to holding everything together for everyone else — often while privately struggling with overwhelm, anxiety, emotional exhaustion, identity questions, or feeling misunderstood. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, intellectually curious, and grounded in both clinical expertise and genuine human connection. I believe therapy should help people better understand themselves, develop sustainable coping strategies, and create lives that feel more aligned, authentic, and manageable.
